Berker Acar

Like most in this industry, I stumbled into Recruitment. After graduating in 2008, my very first interview was with SThree and was offered my very first full time job (and closed way too easily 🤦🏽‍♂️) by the time I came out of Southgate Tube Station on my way home.

After 10 years at SThree (with many ups and downs 😅🙃), the last 5 of which recruiting internally, I joined Cognitive Group as their Talent Acquisition Manager. I enjoyed a brilliant 3 years there before deciding to make the leap and start my own business 😊.
